Best Practice & Training

Anti-Poaching Training Manual – PAMS Foundation is leading the development of a Best Practice Guideline for field ranger Anti-Poaching Training on behalf of the International Ranger Federation and the IUCN.

Ranger training – Training and capacity building among Rangers and other Wildlife Law enforcement officers is essential for ongoing wildlife protection. PAMS Foundation arranges and facilitates anti-poaching training that is tailored according to needs both in Tanzania and -to a smaller extent- in neighboring countries.

United For Rangers – This is a network of partners working together for the furtherance and development of the vital role played by rangers and their purpose in wildlife conservation around the world. The shared objectives of the UFR members relate primarily to the development of best practice for wildlife, marine and forest rangers and wardens and to conducting interventions which assist the shared mission of effective wildlife protection.
