There are few unexplored places still left on our planet. Few areas on the map that have never been scientifically explored and where species have yet to be discovered and named. Often these places have enormous value in terms of biodiversity and great stories to tell of how our planet evolved.
PAMS has a biological exploration programme to undertake missions into unknown and untouched forests, to describe their scientific value and characterize the species found. Thereafter, PAMS facilitates the legal and physical protection of these newly explored areas.
- Deliver the world a new piece of the wilderness;
- Promote the biological value of these areas to support, in collaboration with governments and several stakeholders, legal protection.
